NEW THIS YEAR:  The planning committee is planning to experiment with themed lunch tables on Friday. This will be for folks who want to meet with members of a SIG (special interest group), follow up on a breakout conversation you heard, or have a focused conversation about a student group you work closely with (such as HiCAP or EL/ML students).  If you would like to host a table talk, please reach out to Paul Stern, WERA Executive Secretary at <[email protected]> with your idea.  Of course, there will also be tables for unstructured networking or quiet dining.

More details about conference registration and hotel accommodations will be coming in September.
