Board Meetings: 2011 - 2012 Year

The standard time for day board meetings is 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  Regular meetings will be at the Seattle Airport Hilton Hotel.

  • September 9th, Friday

  • November 4th, Friday - Approval of new Board candidates for elections at this meeting.

  • December 7th, Wednesday at 4:45 p.m.- Board meeting at conference for conference planning only.  No regular agenda or business. 

  • February 3rd, Friday - Board approval of grants/awards at this meeting.

  • May 11th, Friday – Transition meeting (3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) Location TBD

  • June 28th-30th, Thursday to Saturday - Annual Board planning retreat.  Location: Shafer Baillie Mansion, Seattle
